Tikendar Kumar S/o RajkumarHahto, comes from a village Hohad, PanchayatSikni, PS. Rajrappa, Block Dulmi, and District Ramgarh which is 10 km away from Block Head quarter to the west. He is 24yrs old. He has one brother and one sister in the family. He is the eldest son of his parents. He has completed his graduation in Agriculture. His father is sales officer in Himalaya company and his mother is Asha worker in the village.
In the year 2021 he completed his graduation and perusing diploma in Agriculture. His father is great influence in his life todo something in the life.
Agragati an organization was working in the area but he did not pay any attention to their work. One day in the year 2021 he was told about the training on agriculture. He attended the training program, from that training program he got eye opening wide ideas to expand the business. In the same year just to start the business, with the support of his father and support from Agragati he opened up seed shop. In the same year response was very positive and many farmers suggested to keep more seed with varieties and also to keep manners. With that he began to expand the shop and kept all that were in demand in the village.
Month after month business grew up. As it grew income began to flow in hand. He expanded and went for bigger store room. He has thought of extending the shop to main road side. From this business he purchased bike to manage the business, He is looking and planning to get or to take loan to increase required seeds and agriculture equipment.
He is planning to increase his bank balance as he has no bank balance as of the day. He wants to focus on the business and like to be a successful business man in coming days.
He is very much thank full to Agragati for showing the path and support provided to run the business. It has become possible today because of the training and their guidance to take up this business.
